I have been a fan of Catherine's for many years now. She is truly passionate about service and in a world that struggles to define what that actually means, she is a constant breath of fresh air. It has to be said, "50 Shades of Great Customer Service" is putting some of the sexy back into service. This is an easy read, aimed at inspiring people to reconnect with the fundamentals of what great service is all about and why it is so important in any business. The quotes are inspiring, fun and relevant and I find books like this are always ideal at those times when I am looking for words to inspire others. Nice work Catherine, this is a great investment.

The quotes are all well worth more than a passing moment - perhaps you could discuss one each week at the morning coffee break for some inspiration. ... finally, I would like to add my own quote to Catherine's book "No Customers = No Business" and so get the book and keep your customers and your business too.

I thought I was buying a book on customer service. Was disappointed to see a list of quotes and nothing more. Was expecting something besides simply quotes. Would not have purchased if I had known.
