I expect better from Amazon

When I ordered the Chinese edition of Shepherding a Child's Heart from Amazon the copy had a sticker covering the bar code and price (which was in Chinese RMB, not US dollars). The sticker was extremely difficult to remove and left a messy residue. With the sticker on back, Amazon sent me a damaged book. I expect better from Amazon. Plus, the author of this book is not Te Li Pu. The author is Ted Tripp.
